Anyone know of a site or book that lists exchanges?

If you are making the casserole by yourself then you just need to figure it out by how much protein, fat, carbs, vegetables etc. you are putting in, then divide by number of servings etc. to figure out the amount per serving, in which you can figure out what "exchanges" it would be. Casseroles are tough and aren't usually low fat. lol

I just posted a bunch of links on my previous post to you, maybe they will be helpful, honestly casseroles are hard to do because you have them all in there and everyone makes it differently....so unless you have a cookbook with exchanges in it, and you follow their recipe I don't know how you can make something on your own without figuring it out like that.
