So I went to Weight Watchers yesterday with my friend, had a really annoying woman in the meeting that had Diareah of the mouth, I know more about this woman's eating habits then I care too...but whatever...Yesterday was tough staying in points and in fact went over into my flex points, the weekends are tough for me, during the week I'm structured and I'm okay at work but on the weekend I'm just there.
Anyhow, as long as I stay within my points I'll be fine. *sigh* I do have a screaming headache though.

Is the headache from the woman at the meeting, or just a general "blah" headache??
Very cool D, good luck with that. I was thinking about going back too. Be strong, and I was thinking the same as Miranda.......headache from that loquacious woman? lol.

I know this sounds odd but my weight loss doesnt show up until the last day or two before weigh in. It seems to take about 6 days for me to register on the scale. I don't know why. I have no clue as to the science, but it happens each week. Don't give up!!!!

Ladies, in order to lose one pound, you have to have a 3,500 calorie deficit, which may take 6 or 7 days to build up which would explain why you don't see that scale move until the end of the week.
