My first week is complete and showed me a 4.5lb weight loss...YAYYY. I am doing the weight watchers program and the walk away the pounds tape, I logged only 3 miles last week but started this week doing the 3 mile walk. I am going to just chart how much I do this month and next month set a goal to obtain. Next week I am going to add in some ab work and tally that up as well. I find keeping track is very motivating for me.

That is great! I always wondered about the "walk away pounds" tapes, how are those? what is so "special" about them? i know a lot of ppl i have talked to about them, like them.
Do you do anything besides walking? i know you pop in the video, and walk. what else? lol. cuz that could be a good thign for me too while i want to avoid the gym until the "resolutioners" quit. lol.

I love the WATP tapes cherbear-as for what ya do it depends on the tape you are doing but I believe they all use weights, it does alot of arm work along with the different steps, it covers lunges, kicks, squats, triceps, biceps, side steps, knee lifts--pretty much you name it its in there, I adjust my weights depending on how I feel. I originally checked them out from the library to make sure I would like them.
