What "Diet/Food" plan are you on?

I'm curious to know what some of you are doing as far as food goes. I did Atkins last year and lost 40 lbs. Of course as soon as the "regular" food came back so did the weight. I'm wondering if any of you find that the same way of eating doesn't work the same now as it did as it did in your 20's. I know that I need to approach this with a lifelong attitude, and I am. I just have to find a balanced blend. Trying to figure it out.

Hi Steffy,

Have you tried Lean Cuisine pizzas? The roasted vegetable and spinach and musroom are both awesome. They are about 310-330 calories each. Not bad for pizza! I have a thing for pizza myself, so I was quite thrilled when I found these. Sometimes I plan at the beginning of the day that I want beef tacos from my favorite mexican place for dinner and just eat much lighter througout the rest of the day. Give something up to get to the good stuff. :) I can't do this three times a week of course, but once in a while I indulge myself.

I'm doing low-cal right now...trying to limit myself to 1200 calories (though I don't generally seem to be able to go lower than 1300, but I'm trying!) I did Atkins, and it did work but I found myself constantly eating things all the time that can't be that great for me, like bacon and cream cheese. Now I try to eat mostly white meat, veggies and fruit.
