Thank you everyone. I havent been here in a couple of days and it's so encouraging to read all of this support all at one time!

I have just cut my calories to 1000-1200 a day and my fat to around 20g. For breakfast I either have 1 cp rice chex w/ 1/2 cp skim milk and a packet of equal (sometimes a banana), or a package of plain instant oatmeal with equal, or a WW apple spice muffin; Lunch I have a lean Cuisine, or salad with plain tuna in it, or a fat free hot dog on a bun (anything around 300 calories and 7 fat grams); and for dinner a lean cuisine. I find it easiest to eat the pre-packaged meals while trying to lose because it reteaches me portion control (my downfall). I have a fat free yogurt, ff pudding or WW choc cake for evening snack and fruit in the afternoon (sometimes, not usually though). I still dont have the hang of exercising but I have a 2 yr old so I do move quite a bit. And that's it!
