I'm busy busy busy right now but I have offically begun base training for this season, which means i've retooled my eating and Im back on a strict workout schedule. Today I did 10 miles on the bike. I miss you all and will try to post more. Scouts honor. LOL So how is everyone doing?
Sabrina

Hey Sabrina!!
HI Miranda...
The four weeks of base training is all about getting back to doing my workouts on a schedule. During the off season If I feel like taking a day or week off I just do so Right now I do 40 mins of biking 3 times a week, 35 mins of running 3 times a week and 1-2 swims of 750-1200yds, o and atleast 2 or 3 workouts a week on the bow flex of 20 mins. I take one day a week off to recover, Sat. So this means that every day I have 2 workouts planned one in the AM and one in the PM.
My first definite race is an Olympic distance in June. I may do a Sprint in April/May for fun dependent on Lake temperature at the time. Then I may be doing another Oly in July and I'm definetly doing a Sprint in August. So anywhere from two-four races.
Good Job on getting back on track I know how hard that is. I'm having a hard time eating to train. LOL I got spoiled with too much junk. Mmmmmmmm
Sabrina

Here's to happy and successful training!!
Thanks Steffy,
The more into I get the more I'll actually post, When I'm training it makes me focus more on motivation. I'm glad you haven't run away now either. :) It's good to see you.
Sabrina
Good to see you Sabrina (I've been a little MIA myself of late, so I'm doing the catch up game too, lol!) Things sound great for you- good for you on doing it all!! I'm envious of the energy you must have.
Looking forward to hearing about all your adventures-
