Alright I'm a little bored and have been lurking around on other boards to see what's going on. I wandered over to the 100 Pounds

Same here. My cold is getting better and my head is a bit clearer so I wandered off to see what other boards are up to. On one of them I found they all did crunches every day together. It looks like everyone does them every day and then they report how many they did each day and you can see how the number goes up. They also added planks to it later on. I think this is a good idea as you can add different exercises to it and make a whole routine. But best of all is everyone does it together. I think it is kind of motivating.
Off to clean my house now.

What I do to get myself moving is keep track of the minutes, I set a goal each month--example a goal of 1000 minutes would start like this 00/1000 I do 30 minutes of walking then change it in my planner to 30/970, another 60 minutes would look like this 90/910 so on and so on, its motivating for me to watch the numbers change :)

Maybe I need to try the paper clips! We have a Piggie pot going at school. PIG-people who indulge and gain-or-purdy in a g-string, whichever you prefer. Anyway. I've gained a pound at each of the last two weigh ins. So on top of the $5 ante i've put in $1 for each week since I gained and didn't lose. I haven't been to terribly motivated lately. I'm waiting for the fitness center to open Monday. Maybe I can get moving and get motivated. Lets hope so. Any one got any other ideas out there. I need to hear them.LOL
