I'm now 3 lbs. away from my initial goal, which I was hoping to achieve by March 1st. If I can keep up what I've been doing, I might even achieve those 3 by mid February.

I've REALLY reduced my calories...period! I still exercise 4-5 times/week, though I have tried to do more cardio than weights. I've also been doing longer periods of lower resistance on my elliptical (for a selfish reason: I've been watching movies while I work out on the Elliptical.) But I really have noticed that anything above 1200 calories and the scale will not budge.

Sorry I didn't answer sooner...I was out of town for a couple of days. I have a Vision Fitness X6200. I really like it, and now I have a TV in my workout/guest room, so I can catch up on movies while I work out. Tonight was Kill Bill Vol. 2!
