Say you have a whole pie. Your going to eat the whole d@mn thing anyway. So does it matter if you eat one piece a day till it's gone or just eat the whole thing at one time????
I mean calorie wise. I suppose you could burn off more of the calories spreading the eating out over a period of time.

LOL Gretchen, IMO it isn't about eating the pie its about portion control-just not good control to be eating the whole dang thing at once, KWIM? If you know you are going to eat the whole thing you might as well savour every bite and make it last as long as you can :) BUT lemme ask...what kinda pie is it? lol

Well I guess the most important question is.......what kind of cake is it Gretchen?? LOL~ no seriously....I say 'cut once slice and step away from the cake'!! Yeh you may know you're going to eat the whole cake, but wouldn't you rather savor the slices and enjoy them and work off those extra cake calories? Rather than eat the whole thing and feel MAJORLY guilty for doing so??
