Does TrimSpa work? I'm 5'3" and weigh about 145 lbs. Chunky around the middle and getting a wide hiney!! Yuck. I just started walking for 30 minutes every other day...I'm still having a hard time eating healthy. Any advice??

Just my oppinion is all I can give. I've tried to look up Trimspa online, but the sight is quite vague with their information. It seemed very easy to order but not so easy to get technical questions answered. For me, I have to be leary about anthing that might have any type of heart stimulants in it, so I'd check very carefully on the ingredients. I'm also a bit concerned about the fact that Anna Nicole Smith promotes it. I know the reason may sound a bit overly cautious, but...have you ever thought about all the chemicals, drugs and alcohol especially, that she's been on? I'm thinking that maybe her body is so used to drugs that she's able to tolerate it! LOL. The only one I've been able to tolerate is Cortislim. It didn't give me gitters, racing heart or anyting like that. The only thing I could say was that I had to visit the bathroom a bit more often. I lost 3 inches and 3 pounds on it in about 3 weeks.
Hope this helps,

I mean this in the most humorous, helpway way possible. Have you seen Anna Nicole lately? My DH and I are convinced that she is either high all the time or has some sort of neurological problem. Which begs the question, could this sudden weight loss(Trim Spa)have somehow caused this? A little too strange for my taste. Anyway...I agree with the last post. You have to do it the long, teadious, BUT right way. Don't we all wish good health could come in a pill!

I agree with the others- Keep up the walking 30minutes a day...you WILL see results and feel so much better for having put in the effort!
