Hi Janae- good to have you with us!

The book that the previous poster asked about does not seem to be the same one you have, when I did look it up (google) it refers to a Book 4 Idiots (and actually when I did a little more searching I found on another forum where they discussed it not being anything associated with the other

LOL - thanks! I guess I should have properly introduced myself first!

I'll need to look up the other book - anything for idiots is right up my alley! :)

Hopefully, I'll stick around - I'd like to say I need to get rid of the pregnancy weight - but it's more of the "pre-pregnancy" weight that is lingering around. ~45 lbs or so that I'm trying to work off my 5'0" frame - not a pretty sight now!

Janea, I'm 5 feet tall too! I have about 35 pounds to go to get down to 105. It's not fair that shorter people look worse with any weight on them! lol. Hey, I wanted to say I'm a sling mommy too. I think that is a sling I see in your picture. :) Those are great...I have used slings and pouches both. I just wanted to say hi! I hope you will stick around! I'm finally getting serious about losing my weight and about two weeks ago I started retraining myself on how to eat correctly, by counting calories. I have www.fitday.com 's software and it's really easy to use. Right now I take in 1500 calories a day...but that's because I added 250 for nursing. My little one is a year and a half but still nurses a lot. It's working well so far...the first week I lost 6 pounds (I had a stomach bug two days of it though, and barely ate anything...plus I lost water weight from eating healtheir foods) and I'll know this monday if I'm eating few enough calories to lose. (I weigh on mondays). Glad to see you post!

Yeah, it's funny what a couple inches of heel does to us, lol. I hope your husband has a great birthday and the movie was good. I haven't seen a scary movie in a really long time! I'll be looking for your posts!
