Thanks IG, I think I read that somewhere, maybe on their website, but it has some shocking stuff!!!
I like eating out on the weekends for convience. By the time I get home My BF and I are too hungry to go to the store get ingredients then cook then eat. It is easier to eat out. Plus it leaves time for other things. ;0 I think it is best to work eating out meals into your week. Order something healthy then try not to stress about what you order.

It's true, that's why restaurant food is said to taste so good. But I do agree that one has to plan around dining out. I try to have stuff like Slim Fast and fresh fruit or a salad from home earlier in the day when SO and I are going out, so that my calorie count for the day is low and so that I know I've had some nutritious things to eat that day. Then I just try to do order wisely. Now I'll use some of those suggestions in the article too.
