Wow, that's great about the triathalon. I don't think that I quite as brave! LOL If it's in your heart to do it, you can do it and do it well! About the pregnancy. Keep peace in your heart and never give up on your dream. My cousin worked with doctors for a few years and was able to conceive and deliver a beautiful healthy little girl. She just turned 1 in December. Best wishes, Ginger
Congratulations on signing up for the triathalon- I know you had mentioned it pre-Xmas and here you are sticking to your word. Good Luck, we'll be here cheering you on any way we can!
Especially with all the great things I hear about Danskin. If you don't already know it there is a Danskin, mentor/mentee program where you can find someone who has done the series before to kind of cheer you on and ask questions. I can't remember the site but if you need me to I'll try and get it for you. ALSO..... There are tons of great places to be on the web when you are new.
www.Trinewbies.com is the one I frequent the most (beanabug) and from all accounts has one of the best begginer plans out there.
www.beginnertriathlete.com is another great place for "newbies" and I think another member of this board who is planning a try very soon is posting there.
finally... www.coolrunning.com although mostly geared to runners has a multisport board and one of the best workout logs available free on the internet.
I'm sorry I don't get her much but my training season started a few weeks ago and I'm still not able to fit in much computer time with all the volunteer stuff I have going on, triathlon and 5 kids... >> LMAO But I will try and get here at least once a week and you can feel free to ask me any questions you have, I'm about to start my 3rd season and If I can do it anyone can.
