Hello to all of you. Just want to introduce myself. I'm almost 32 years old, I'm divorced with 2 beautiful girls, ages 7 and 5. When I got divorced, I lost 72 lbs in 6 months due to stress and inability to eat, or calm down. That was 2 years ago, and thankfully I'm in a much better place now. My lowest weight at that time was 133 lbs. I am 5'5". I looked awesome. Well now, since I'm no longer stressed, I have managed to put back on about 22 of those lbs. I weigh 155. I don't think I look discustingly fat or anything but I would certainly like to get back to my goal weight which is 130 lbs, by June. (Is that even possible?)

Here are my dilemmas, I hope you can help me. I am a food junkie! I eat out of boredom, or out of just plain wanting to taste yummy food. When I "diet" I know that I can't have whatever I want and when I crave something I begin to actually get shaky and out of control. If I give in to my craving, I overdue it and then just give up the rest of the day. It's a terrible cycle. I've managed to lose and regain the same 10 lbs by eating every other day. So very unhealthy! I'd like to find a healthful way of eating that I can stick to for the rest of my life, without the mental breakdown I feel when I'm dieting.

As far as exercise, I'm a runner. (or so I call myself.) I run between 3-5 miles, 5 days a week, and I'm working to increase that mileage to train for a 1/2 marathon. I enjoy exercise, so that is not a problem for me. Besides my running, I'm not all that active at work during the day. I'm on my feet all day, but not doing anything strenuous or moving around too much. I was wondering if anyone could lead me to a healthy eating plan and tell me how many calories I should be taking in to lose the weight I want. (I burn between 300-600 calories through exercise on my run days.)

I know this is a lot of info for my 1st time on the board. I've lurked here and found you all to be very helpful and insightful. I need the support to do this!! If there is anything else you can offer, I'd really appreciate it.
