You will make another simple change this week: If you're not already doing so, have a snack (or two!) every day. That's it! We give you lots of suggestions and tips on how to do it. You'll find that if you keep healthy snacks handy -- like fruit, raisins and M&M's (yes!) -- skipping calorie-laden snacks is easy.

Stop by the ChangeOne message board, where every Wednesday I'll be answering your questions. For example: "I would like to know if it is better for me to eat, then exercise, or exercise and then eat?"

My response? Eat something small before and something moderate after. Pick something light and not very high in calories. Keep track of what you eat so that you don't end up eating two breakfasts! See what others had to say...

Yours in good health,

1. What are your tips for conquering cravings? Go ahead and indulge. If I go ahead and have something I'm dying to have it takes care of the craving. lol However, I don't sit there for the next few hours or even days. It's done and over with and I will make even better choices to make up for a weak moment.

2. What are some healthy ways to deal with stress (rather than reaching for a snack)? I found that yoga is great. I wish I had more time right now to fit it into my schedule. You can get specific workouts that are for stress.

3. How do you resist snacking while watching television? I read or I have popcorn with too much salt.

4. What are your favorite healthy ChangeOne snacks? I usually have cheese, fruit, pudding, jellos.

5. What are your tips for resisting snacks at parties and gatherings? What??? I really have no good answers for any of these. ;o)

6. When do you have the hardest time resisting snacks? Afternoons? Evenings? Weekends? What are your strategies for avoiding binges during those difficult times? All the time. I just try not to have bad snacks available or better alternatives to the bad ones.
