New Here and need HELP!

Hi, my name is Melissa. I am 5'3", 33 YO and weight 141!! I used to be scrawny before I hit 30...thats when I quit smoking! Now I just found out I have High Cholestoral!
I am NOT a veegie or fruit person...meat and potatoes, pasta, chicken but I HATE veggies.
I try to walk on the treadmill 30 min 5 days a week. It seems to hard to run, my lungs can't handle it yet.
Any ideas and suggestions on a good weight loss plan? I want to get back to 110-115.

Melissa, I'm pretty close to the same as you. I'm 5'0" and weigh 132.5 (lost 10.5 pounds so far!). I never really had a weight issue until right before I got pregnant with my last (#3) child (who is now a year and a half old). 3 Weeks ago I started counting my calories. I use FitDay's program. I think it's at www.fitday.com . It calculates how many calories you need to limit yourself daily to lose the desired amount of weight. It's working well for me so far. I also walk 5 days a week, for 30 minutes (like you) at 3.0. Actually, I've just bumped it up to 45 minutes this week. It has not been hard to keep track of what I eat. I'm looking forward to being back down to 105 by July. Hope that helps. :)
