They need an emotion icon for passing out. I work at a University Hospital so parking can be tough but I get in so early I can pretty much park where I want. Instead of taking the nice, cushy, close spot I parked 10 minutes from my office and then decided to walk up the stairs - 9 flights. I should make myself do that everytime I go downstairs but I wear high heels during the normal course of the day and that would be too hard. My goal is to keep that up every day on top of my normal exercise. I weighed myself this past Sunday and am waiting to Sunday to weigh again but I have worked out everyday and am drinking about 100 oz of water a day. A lady I worked with gave me a trick to help drink the water - I add a little bit of light Cranberry juice. It helps with the water taste, only gives me a few calories and I am drinking my Cranberry juice too.

Wow! Great way to fit in extra exercise. You have more self discipline than I do. I'm always running late and could come up with 100s of excuse to park close and use the elevator. Great job!!

Good for you--- and welcome to the board by the way (I'm the MIA-CL at the moment....should be back more often by the end of the week).


Your legs are going to look terrific keeping that sort of 'way to work' up....plus and nobody's mentioned this yet- the butt!!!
