Well, I am new here and after looking around a few of the message boards, I think this one will fit me the best. I was a member of eDiets for a year and a half and lost 45 pounds, but then I had a car accident and gained 40 back. I have been looking for the motivation to get my butt back in gear and I hope I can gain some inspiration here. I am going to try the Total Body Make Over (which is essentially the Oprah Boot Camp.) I have started reading the book and hope to get started soon. I know I need to exercise because I have done it before and now I want to get the weight off and keep it off.

Hi everyone! I'm a newbie. Here are my answers...
I'm a full-time worker.
I drive a car, but I take my hubby's truck whenever he's not using it!
I'm a rocknroll chick, technogirl, hip-hop funkster, and a soft rock lady, depending on my mood.
