So today is my official first day. Granted it's only 10:30 am, so I have no complaints. lol. We'll see, but I have a good feeling about this. I am even thinking about buying another block of 10 meetings, to make sure I go for a total of 20 weeks. I just have to STICK with it.


I'm doing the points plan. It's easier for me. I'd fall off the wagon too much on the new core plan. Although easier, cuz no points to deal with, harder cuz I want things NOT ON THE LIST. lol.


This morning I woke up late, but instead of doing my 8MITM, I did squats and lunges while I picked

Congratulations! You have a great attitude. I lost weight with WW after my first child and now have about 20 pounds to go from my second child. As of today, I also weigh in at 159.2! I get in a mental zone where I do great and take off the weight and then suddenly my zone is gone and I eat all the wrong things and stop exercising. I'm trying to figure out how to stay in the right frame of mind and after surfing around on these message boards, I think the support you get here is really going to help. I'm going to post my progress and wish you the best.

Well, the weekend was tough. Mostly cuz it was a LONG weekend and I was with bf 24/7. But, I made some healthy food choices. And since we walked a LOT, I got extra points, so I stayed ALMOST within my "budget". But, so far, so good. I'm not
