I noticed quite a few of you love your ellipticals. Since I'm getting back to working out on it, I was wondering if anyone would like to be a buddy with me.
I plan to do 20 min. everyday to start and add 5 min per week to get up to 1 hour most days.
Let me know if you're interested and we'll report in every afternoon.
We can report to this thread so that we're not taking up space with our reports, or we can go to a different section of the 30s board.

Cool! Even if you don't do it every day, that's fine. My goal is to do it everyday. I'm sure you both do more than 20 min, but for now, that will be my assignment.

I have never done 60 minutes, but I was up to 45 minutes...I will probably start with 20 also. I actually cleaned the eliptical off this weekend, so I will be able to get to it. I am working on moving it back into the living room, because now it's in the bedroom and out of sight out of mind has been my exercise routine, but not anymore!!!

Not to sound demanding or anything. I've got to get off of my butt and just do it because I always feel good while I exercise. I just have to jump the hurdle of procrastination.

At any rate, I have to make up my mind to get into a routine.
I am in for tonight! Now, last night, I did my step class and lifted total body. I was not in the mood AT ALL, but I teach the class, so I was already there. That is my foot in the door. I am fighting a hell of a cold and I don't know who is winning at this point, but it feels like it ain't me...LOL!
Planning on 45 min elliptical and 10 min track. Maybe some abs too.
By the way, those hurdles will get easier! I have some great music I use. It is the key for sure!
