Change One Challenge Week 4
1
Tue, 02-22-2005 - 11:31am

You will make another simple change this week: If you're not already doing so, make a delicious dinner. We give you lots of suggestions and tips on how to do it. You'll find you can prepare dinners that are healthy and delicious, including meat loaf, stir-fry and crab cakes.

Stop by the ChangeOne message board, where every Wednesday I'll be answering your questions. For example: "Is working out when I have a cold going to delay recovery or help it?"

My response? Advice is mixed on working out when you're sick. Generally, working out when you have a cold is fine if you feel up to it.

See what others had to say...

Yours in good health,
