Thanks to everyone for the morning workout ideas and the warm welcome. I actually did w/o this morning and I was shocked....I felt like a million bucks afterward! Who knew????

I definitely agree with the music idea. My personal inspiration fav is Aretha's RESPECT.

Now just keep your fingers crossed for me....hopefully I'll be this enthusiastic again tomorrow morning! lol

Good Girl! The best thing about working out in the a.m. is that is 'sets' your body up for a day of better moving/eating/thinking. I (you?) go into the rest of the day thinking, 'well, if I can do that... I can certainly handle X'. That's a good feeling. You can pick up a strappable MP# for under $100 (Mine is made by Phillips and Nike and I love it!).
