Which Firm videos do you like? It seems to have a big following. Also, if you don't mind me asking, with the exercise routine that you have, how much weight have you lost and what do you weigh now?

I weigh on any given day between 161-164 and plan to lose 30+ lbs. This is the pg weight I gained and my DS will be 2 in May! I'm losing my pg weight status.

Shannon, I'm sorry I didn't see this post earlier. My time at the computer is often very brief! I do a mix of Classic Firms and newer ones. I have lost 7 lbs. since January, which I honestly attribute more to my diet than to exercise, simply b/c I have been exercising the same for a year now and it's been the calorie counting that has made the biggest difference. I weighed in this a.m. at 124 lbs., which was the goal I planned to meet by March 1st. Now my goal is to get down to 120 by April 1st. Here is a list of some of my favorite Firms:

Fat Blaster (Classic)
Complete Aerobic Weight Training (BSS2)
Maximum Body Shaping (Classic)
Maximum Cardio Burn + Abs (BSS2)
Total Muscle Shaping (BSS3)

Really, I like any Classic and most BSS2's. BSS1 and BSS3 are "ok." My favorite instructors are Allie Del Rio/Strickland, Tracie Long, Nancy Tucker and Lisa Kay. Anything with them is very good.
p.s. I don't think I lost my pg weight until my DS was 3. *Sigh* Then I gained some of it back. But I'm determined to keep going.
