OK everyone, a new week has arrived, and for those of us who may have indulged a little to much this past weekend, it's time to resume our good habits! Water and exercise! I hope you all have a great week, and most of all, HAVE FUN!

Here! Here! Bring it on!!!!

Actually I don't know how ready I am for a new week to begin- I woke up this morning, after about 5hrs of sleep (dam* workmen!!) and felt just fine.....but after a few hours up my voice started disintegrating. I've just done some *home-remedy* (incl. Irish whiskey) for it.....so hopefully I'll be back to sounding normal again tomorrow. I know this is the tailend of what I was suffering from last week.

Boy, those kids bring in some killer germs!!

However........

Here's to a great week for us all!

UGH Tell me about it. I'm tempted everyday to line my kids up and spray them thourghly with Lysol as they enter the house. LOL Maybe install one of those Misters in my door loaded with the stuff. Hope you feel better soon.

Cat :o) Hope you had a great weekend. I know I'm looking forward to the week ahead.

Sabrina,
I'm looking forward to this week. I'm worked all weekend and I'm til the next one. The rain is gone and I'm looking forward to the sun that's supposed to be coming out.

Cat I think you sent the rain this way...

and with it came the cold. Brrrrrrr. This is a rest week (In Triathlon training you build 3 weeks and then you cut back one week to let your muscles recover and then start the cycle again from the last week of the week before. This way you are constantly challenging your muscles to grow and adjust while giving them time to repair.) so today I get to recover from the 30 mile bike yesterday. I only have a 10 mile bike left for this afternoon and Volunteer wise I have about 10 books to type this PM. So I'm catching up on some "paperwork" and Phone calls today. The remainder of the week training wise is very doable and since hubby is going out of town I have some wiggle room in my schedule.
