I have a journal I use that keeps track of all my daily exercise. Each day in this journal there is a little tid bit of information. That is where I got the post about the 90 year old man and the NY marathon.
Well today's Nutrition Nuggest was a little frightening...
"Don't take food-calorie counts literally. Federal law allows most products a 20% variance, so a cookie that supposedly contains 300 calories may actually contain 360."
20%!!! Can you believe it?

I don't think I wanted to know that! lol
