So, I had my WW meeting last night. My weigh-in was .4 less than last week. WTF!?!?! I've been eating better, smaller portions, watching my points, etc. 0.4!!! AUGH!!
Okay, granted, at least it wasn't a gain, but come on. 0.4 could be attributed to almost anything. That just sucked.
Although I'm eating within my piont range, I am eating more. I wonder if that's just more calories, that I have to "burn". Maybe I should just return to how I was eating before (but stay within my points). Meaning, eating less.


As you said Cher- it's better than a gain! OK not the greatest of losses, but the scale's going in the right direction. Keep on it....
On the less is more food issue, there are a good few articles around these days about eating more and losing weight. It all really depends on the foods you are eating. I don't have
