Well this year I've spent:

$75 on a running course
$119 on running shoes (last year actually, and part of a gift)
$468 on my gym membership ($39 per month for my son and I)
$10 on a pilates tape

for a grand total of:

In the past 12 months we have purchased 3 workout videos (one was an old one off ebay) that probably totaled 30 all together, and spent 20 dollars to download FitDay software onto our computer. I've also bought 2 pairs of workout pants and two workout shirts. So not too much these past 12 months, but the year before that we spent 700 on a treadmill, about 50 on weights, 100 on new running shoes, and 80 dollars on Gilad's QuickFit system (workout dvds).

OK, let me add this up:

$190/quarter for HKD=$760 holy cow, that's a lot
$40 for a good pair of running shoes (on sale of course)
$19 for a cardio DVD
$15 for a subscription to Fitness mag

I think that's it, I sure hope so. $834! This was a very enlightening QOTW. I had better start saving because it's going to cost me a couple hundred more on top of dues when I test for black belt.

Too Much probably. I'm going to weight watchers so that costs me 10.95 a month. I have tried a few weight loss products such as Tyrodene and last year is when I bought slim in 6.

I like Slim in 6 but the tyrodene I think made me sick.
