YES!!!
The money I spent on the gym membership has definitely been worth it.
The money I have spent on HKD is so worth it. I look at where I am now and how much I have learned over the past four years, and I am so amazed. I would never have believed that I would be doing break falls over people or over a the bar like we did on Saturday. When the black belt raised the bar. I didn't make it the first time, but I grabbed the bar, which is a bamboo bow, in the air and stood up with it. My classmates thought that was kinda cool. That brings me to the other value of martial arts, and other sports too, I have learned a lot about myself too.
Since I don't drive due to my eyesight, or lack thereof, investing in good running shoes has been great. I bought some just because I walk two years ago, and I have been so happy with them. This year, starting running, I am really happy to have a good pair of shoes.
As for the DVD and mag, I have used the DVD this winter. I kinda enjoy reading the mag on Sunday afternoon when DBF reads the paper. I saw one called Her Sports I would like to read, but the sub is like $49 for 15 or something like that, just too much money.
Good questions, thanks Miranda.

After looking at the total I just don't know.
I mean really the majority of the money was spent on bicycling stuff and really that is a huge part of our lives in the non snowy months so I guess that was worth it. (Although I do think SO spent too much money on his bike stuff and trust me that was an issue with me when it happened)
Really looking at the list the only thing that isn't used regularly is a couple of the videos I bought. It's not that they weren't good, I just prefer some others.
So I guess my answer is yes, the $ was worth it.

I would say yes to my pedometer. I wore it to work a couple of days when I was still working, and found I was walking 3-4 miles a day during work. I need to get back to walking like that.

Mom to two wonderful girls!
The ONLY thing I am happy I bought this year is my FitDay software. 20 dollars and was well worth it. And I'm very glad I bought a treadmill last year.

I'd have to say SI6 was worht it when I used it prior to going to Hawaii. It helped me get in shape fast enough to go hiking and not feel too winded. And golf and enjoy it. Otherwise, I cna't say anything else helped me. ask me about WW in another 7 weeks. lol
Otherwise, i havne't been to the gym in AGES, dbf (who i pay for also) hasn't EVER used his. gotta get him off, he's wasting my money.
Karate has been worth it.
