I just had my 30 day evaluation at my gym. What that means is that 30 days ago they took my weight, measurements, etc. and then reweighed, measured, etc. today. Now I knew I had been losing weight obviously because I weigh myself weekly, however I don't measure my self at home.

So the results today were:

Weight: 11 pounds lost in 30 days

Waist: 0 inches lost (but I am

I don't think you're bragging at all. It's more inspiring to hear people's achievements than to be like me and talk the talk without walking the walk.

Congratulations that is awesome. It's taken me 2 months to lose 6 lbs. I wish it would go faster, I hate this PCOS crap it really wreaks havoc on my self esteem when I am working so hard to lose the weight. Apparently I need to work out twice a day to get any type of results. YUCK!

Definitely not bragging...success is what keeps people motivated...us reading as well.

Steffy you are funny!

I'm pretty flexible myself, when I threw out my back I had to go to physical therapy and my physical therapist was amazed that the "fat girl" was so flexible, it definitely came from dance classes (ballet) and yoga for me....

Thats great! Those results are very good for 30 days. It sounds like you have a very effective routine going. Like you, my dh had his measurments done recently. He had been upset because he hadn't lost any weight on our scale at home. He found out he had lost several inches and that motivated him again. The bottom line for me is the inches. I always say I don't care about weight, I just want to lose volume! I will be having my measurements done in a few weeks and I hope the results are as good as yours.

Steffy-

I am 5'6".

I was actually pretty surprised that my flexibility went up to be honest, because while I almost always do my cardio and weight training I am not as good at keeping up the pilates, which is what I would think would really help. My trainer said weight training helps with that though.
