WW Weigh-in tonight....getting nervous

Okay, last week, although a loss, I was only down 0.4lbs. This week, I am pms'ing I think, so I wonder if I have gained any weight.

According to the scale at home, I have lost 2lbs, but you never know with the scales there, compared to ones at home, diff times, etc. Maybe I can just strip down. lol.

On the upside though, my clothes ARE feeling looser. Things are fitting a bit better. Now, to lose the gained 10lbs and I can fit in my clothes I was wearing 2 months ago. Amazing how you cain gAIN!!

I keep thinking how this will forever be a battle for the rest of my life. It scares me knowing I have to work out every day, or 3 days a week to UPKEEP any weight loss. Bleah.

Oh well. I'll let you iknow tomorrow how I do. This week was a BAD week.

If you are pmsing, then you can be OK knowing that our bodies aren't exactly "right" during that time. And if your scale is right and you did lose two pounds, you can be really happy.

My mom's side of the family carries the weight as they age too. I know that I will also be fighting it all of my life.

Well, fight on, and good luck with the weigh-in.

The only good thing about pms weight is that the post pms weigh in makes you feel that you have lost a lot of weight! I always try to cut back that time of the month because I feel so bloated anyway. Then when I step on the scale a week later it looks like I have lost so much weight! I know it's water-weight but still, just seeing the needle go down is inspiration anyway.
