3) What is your best butt move for toning up your butt? There's a few from the Pilates side kick series that really do target the butt well.
4) What is your best abs move for whittling your middle? I like the oblique crunches
5) AND what is the one song that keeps you going? They play some Asian artist's music with an American dance mix sound in the weight room at the dojo. Don't know who she is. I really don't use music for my workouts at home, but I'll have to look into if it if I become a serious runner.
