Well, I lost 7 lbs. since January, but can't seem to drop any more. Routine is pretty much the same. I feel like I'd have to starve to get any lower. I know I should be happy for the 7 lbs, and I am, but I can't seem to get any lower than that. That first 7 was so much easier!

Variety, variety, variety!!! Your muscles go into muscle memory after two weeks of doing the same exercise so you have to work that muscle in a different way to shake up it's memory. In a nut shell, that means they learn what you do and how you do it so they find a more efficient way of performing the same task while expending less energy which causes less weight loss etc. That goes for your food too. You also NEED to eat every three hours or your body goes into starvation mode and starts storing instead of spending. It slows your metabolism and then one day when you've hit the brink and are starving-gorging on food, you gain the weight back and then some because your body is afraid of being starved again and prepares for any future starvations. You can eat as many veggies as you want throughout the day, adding fruit and protein. Have one small snack as your treat. Drink 128oz of water a day and 16oz more for every hour per day you work out. It'll flush out excess salt and toxins as well as hydrate you so your organs can functions at their best.

Hope this helps,
