Since I tend to eat out a lot, mostly lunch every day, I have a hard time keeping track of "true" caloric numbers.

I go there. Wendy's, McDonald's, Subway and even Papa Ginos give all nutritional info on he sites. Wendy's has build a meal, so you can add or delete anything to eat and switch things around.

Another really good one for weight watcher points is www.dwlz.com

She has a really great site and is continually updating her website.

Thanks for passing those links along- it's always handy to have something like that to check out BEFORE we head out to get some 'take out'....

Thanks for this great URL. It such a great site!

My hubby couldn't believe how many calories some of his favorite sandwiches at Erik's had - and that some others that he really liked were really low in calories but still tasted great.

Some of the numbers for soups at Fresh Choice are just outrageuos! The soups look light, taste light, are are really on the heavy side when you look them up. What an eye-opener.

Doesn't it scare you a bit when you see the nutritional info on some of those things???? I read the stuff on Chili's (one of my fave restaurants) and almost had a heart attack on the spot. 2500 calories in one burger?!?!?! Kill me, Kill me now.
