3 Great Finds

Hi gang,
I found a few things this week that I've really enjoyed and I wanted to pass them on to you.
1) The Republic of Tea - daily green tea honey ginseng
Of the different types of green teas I've tried this one has a nice taste. And my skin has been looking pretty good lately too. So far I think I've tried 5 different brands and they have all tasted like warm grass so I know where of I speak X:)
2) Pepito Low Carb Whole Wheat Fajita Wraps
They don't taste like cardboard or make my stomach hate me for trying to eat healthy. I start with one and if I'm still hungry I have another but even if I have two, they are small and much better health wise then the white flour wraps.
3) The Perricone Promise
Its a diet book but thats not why I'm recommending it. The diet portion is at the end and I never read it. However the front half is all about nutrition and health benefits. I LOVE how he talks about eating in colors. Thats the part I recommend. Plus I saw the guy on Oprah a few weeks back (how to look 10 years younger) and he was the only one there who talked about health rather then surgery to improve yourself. Its worth reading.
I was so happy to find these three things this week you would have thought I won money, so I thought I'd share.
I hope you all have a great weekend!

About the low carb WW wraps, did you find them at a basic grocery or at like a Whole Foods place? Are they as expensive as some "healthy" food is? I can get away with spending a little more for stuff though because I am the only one in my household so stuff that would make one meal for a family gives me about 3 or 4 meals.
Thanks for the recommendations. I've been looking for something like that. As far as green tea, I've gotten sort of used to it, but maybe I'll give that brand a try.

Thanks for passing on your "finds" this week Patrice- it's always good to hear about things from personal experiences. I have heard of the Perricone diet book, I'll look out for it next time I'm in the bookstore.
Have a great weekend too~

I RARELY shop at healthfood stores. The smell kills me. Nope I found the wraps at Super Walmart. I don't remember them being crazy expensive especially compared to what I was paying for the fruits and veggies X:) The wraps a perfect size for kids too.
Enjoy X:)
Thanks. I should be able to find it then. I've been looking for that kind of thing to replace plain ol' flour tortillas.

Thanks for the finds!
