Hi, I'm 33 and weigh about, ok i know i weigh 175. I use to think it was my meds for anxiety, but i know it's not. I've just gone through a divorce and i just want to get back my body of 125, or 130 or just in a size 8, all the diets and the ways of life are confusing me. I don't know how many calories to count or what, i don't really eat anyways i just drink h2o or coffee, half decaf, no sugar fat free carnation. Also don't want to loose the boobs lol, i just need suggestions on what to do, i know workout maybe i need motivation and someone telling me how to eat and what to cook because, with all this happening in my life divorce driving the kids to counseling cleaning all the time i don't know what to do.

The biggest thing to remember is to eat less calories than you burn. If you want to lose 1-2 pounds a week (what Dr.'s say is healthy) you'll need to cut your daily calories by 500-1000.
Just eating less won't do it though, because eventually your body will become more "efficient" and will use less energy for the same activities as before.
Basically incorporate some exercise into your daily routine. Try to do at least 30 minutes of cardio 5x a week to start. Also, make sure you incorporate weight training into your routine as well. Muscles burn more calories than fat. Aim for 3x per week of weight training.
Try eating less sugar, fat, and white flour products. Focus more on healthy fruits & vegetables, and whole grains. Also, become more aware of portion size.

Laura, welcome to the board!!
Laura
Good morning, Laura! I just joined this week and have been impressed with the "get up and go" attitude these women have. It's nice to talk with those who have been in the same boat as me.
They've given you great advice, but I noticed from your post that you and your babies could use a little peace in your lives right now. This is a weird suggestion on a getting fit board, and I don't know if this is allowed, but I found out about www.flylady.net through an ivillage board a few years ago. She approaches the total package to gain peace: house, body, soul and, of course, helping your children find peace in their lives.
She helped me get rid of the "stinkin' thinkin'" with the motto "you can do anything for 15 minutes". She'll send out reminders to exercise 15 minutes each day and work your way up, tidy the house for 15 minutes, go play for an afternoon and nuture your spirit, etc. She even reminds you to drink your water! Be warned, though, her constant reminders and tough love are not for everybody. She even has a nutritionist on her team who will send out occasional recipes and menus.
Good luck on your journey to a healthy body!

Laura- there are a few sites around that have 'calorie calculator'.
This one you put in your "ideal" weight, height, age and it calculates how many calories you should be taking in to lose weight http://www.nutri-facts.com/calintake.php
This one figures out maintaining your weight at it's current weight http://www.caloriecontrol.org/calcalcs.html
And here's some info they have about losing weight:
To lose one pound, a person must burn 3,500 calories more than are consumed (500 calories per day over the course of a week). For example, reducing calories by 300 per day and increasing daily activity to burn off an additional 200 calories should result in a weight loss of one pound per week.
Here is an example of how the calculator can help you. If your daily calorie needs were calculated as 2500 calories and you desire to lose weight, you could:
1. Consume 2200 calories. (That's 300 calories less than this example diet), and
2. Burn 200 calories through activity, to result in a 2000-calorie diet! (Be sure to use the Exercise Calculator to determine the different ways that you can burn 200 calories)!
