Lose it for Good challenge

Did any of you get the email about signing up? I did and think I will do it. My husband is about to start a major diet plan and I think if he's eating healthier and working out 5 days a week, it will be good if I try to adopt the lifestyle too and be supportive. We'll both get thinner and in shape together.
I'm already doing yoga for an hour and a half twice a week, but think I need to add some cardio and eat better. I do love how yoga is reshaping my body and relaxing me. The meditative part and philosophy of it are so great. It teaches you to be nonjudgemental and accept that our bodies are different, to work for your own personal best and set a goal for each workout and listen to your body.

I haven't got this email yet, but am probably going to forgo any real challenges for a bit and try to get myself back on track here!

I tried sending it to a friend and they couldn't get it to open....so I'm trying it a different way.

I got the email and signed up but I really don't understand it all: How to us it, do I check in everyday, where's the list of eats and exercise? etc.
