Easter Party

Hi all -
What do you guys do for Easter? Funny how so many celebrations end up being around food. Does anyone have strategies for moving the celebration in a healther direction?
I am trying to get inspired to clean house for our annual easter egg hunt and brunch. We have it every year with about 15 kids and their parents, about 45 people total. It's a blast and the highlight of our social year. The problem is, it snowed today, which just seemed to amplify the fact that we still have close to a foot of snow in the back yard and I'm sending kids out in snowpants and boots to find little plastic eggs with dimestore toys inside.
I was proud of myself, because over the years I have de-sweetened the brunch to the point where this year it is really pretty healthy. Some of the other mom's bring cakes and stuff, but the part I provide is all homemade and pretty healthy. (Turkey, fruit, cinnamon rolls, juice, pineapple salad, bagels...it's quite a spread!) I've had people comment that they appreciate good food that doesn't leave you feeling sick the rest of the day, that makes me happy.
My kids even got in on it this year, they picked out about 90% toys to put into the eggs and only a little bit of chocolate. (Of course, now the parents get to take home pounds of plastic toys to get stuck in their vacuum cleaners--but at least I'm not making their kids sugar hyper!)
SO, here I go to clean. Wish me luck.
