Tummy woes!

I'm a 37 year old female, weighing at 120 pounds, my height is 5"2 and I work out almost every day (cardio, machines, free weights, abs of steel tape series). I'm on the South Beach diet since January. My problem is that the fat I'm working so hard to burn off is building up in my tummy/torso area. It look like a kangaroo pouch!!! The rest of my body is looking good and toning up well. However, my tummy is growing rather than shrinking!!!!!!!
PLEASE ADVISE!

WEll, the belly area is a problem for lots of women, and crunches alone aren't going to solve the problem.
