Okay, what is going on? I am hungry in the morning, and I eat my cereal at 7:30am. Lately though, I've been STARVING by 10:30am or so....so I've been eating my carrots.
Then I eat lunch around noonish. But today, I was starving, and I was going to go hit balls at lunch (golf range), so I ate around 11:30. It is now 2:30 and my stomach is hungry again. And I'm out of carrots and healthy foods, so that leaves me with semi-bad stuff.
I don't know what to do. lol. At this rate, I'm going to eat myself to death with carrots and stuff. hehehe.
Now, granted I can say, oh good, my metabolism is going, but jeez. I'm hungry!
Also, usually I eat lunch, then I'm hungry around 4:30 or so, so I eat my snack and then eat dinner around 6:30. Now I'm going to start hitting the gym, so I'll be ravenous by the time I eat...which will be around 8-9ish.
Your thoughts? What can I do? Just start packing for like 2-3 snacks from 7:30am to 5:30pm?

Hey Cher, I've missed hearing from you.
This is what I've studied and have done myself for several months. Eat every three hours. This helps keep your metabo going and prevents gorging on the bad stuff. No carbs after 5pm or the sit inside you and create more fat and drink 128oz of water everyday. It'll flush out the toxins, fat and excess salt.

128oz? oh gawd, no way. Wow! I can't do that. I think my body is good with about 64oz. Mostly cuz my bladder wouldn't be able to deal. lol. And trust me, it's STILL not used to the 64oz a day. I'm going like every 30-60 mins. scary, huh? My dbf says I have a bladder the size of his 10year old neice. We both gotta go all the time. lol. so sad.
no carbs after 5pm? well, as much as i could try that, it wouldnt' work. mostly cuz i'm at work until 5:30, and well, i dont' eat dinner until about 7-8ish and if I work out, later than that. and i can't do the "no carb" diet. i'm just being real, not knocking what works for you.
the only thing i can do right now is eat every three hours. but i need to find healthier things to eat. esp being on weight watchers, even tuna or a banana or yogurt are things that cost me points for my bigger meals (lunch/dinner).
Thanks for the suggestions. Unfortunately, they're not going to work for me.
