Are you focussing on one or the other right now?
Yep, although I'm trying to balance both
If so, which one? Why and what are you doing?
I'm focusing more on my eating habits at this point.

Are you focussing on one or the other right now? Right now, both. Summer's a coming...
If so, which one? Why and what are you doing? I anally log my food on fitday and elliptical or run 4 mi every other day. The days in between, I teach step and full body lift while I am at the gym
And to really get into it- do you think one is more important than the other? DIET by far!!

FOOD INTAKE vs EXERCISE
Are you focussing on one or the other right now?
Food has an emotional component that I can't quite control, but sit ups, man oh man can I do sit ups. I can run, I can work on the punching bag and lift weights, I can play with the kids and run up and down my stairs all day long.
Exercise makes me feel good, while food usually leaves me feeling as though I've screwed something up.
Honestly, I've read that food intake is far more important than exercise in actual weight loss. I guess because if you don't eat it in the first place you don't have to worry about getting rid of it.
I struggle with food but I celebrate being active.

That is true Kim.....and sometimes a tougher one to control than getting out there and working out! Great point!

FOOD INTAKE vs EXERCISE
Are you focusing on one or the other right now? Really both of them are a focus for me right now. It is much easier to eat healthier for me than it is too exercise right now though. I am pretty overwelmed with work and just life in general and squeezing in that hour to hour and a half daily at the gym has been a struggle the last couple of weeks.
If so, which one? Why and what are you doing? Well like I said, they are both a focus. I just wish I had more time in the day though so I could exercise even more.
And to really get into it- do you think one is
