Day 2 and my abs are killing me

So I'm Day 2 back into my workout routine. Consistently staying between 1200-1400 calories a day. Hopefully I can move to two workouts a day as soon as I can manage to get my behind out of bed. HEHE!
So far I'm doing good, I've been drinking a myoplex lite drink for breakfast, eating my largest meal at lunch time and having 1/2 a myoplex lite drink plus some fruit for dinner. So far no hunger pains or wanting chocolate which is unusual since I am due for Aunt Flo.
I also started taking this product called Vemma my friend gave me, it's given me tons of energy, I wish it weren't so darn expensive.

Good for you! :) I'm sure that kind of pain feels good, lol. What sort of meals do you eat then, for lunch? I've never heard of Vemma...does it taste good?

My lunch for the last two days have consisted of a large salad, with meat on it, along with some fruit and usually a small carb. I also try to have two snacks a day, usually a yogurt or some almonds.

And you drink one shot of it a day. I take it in the morning and I can't tell you how much energy I've had, I've only been taking it for 3 days. I love it. It's pretty pricy but if I can stop taking all the supplements I take it may be worth it in the long run just to drink this once a day.
Good for you Dee-- just like Kim has said, I'm sure the pain you are experiencing is a good one, right?? What is your workout schedule (are you doing SI6 again)?

Yup back on Slim in 6 and I'm doing well even getting through all the pushups which is one of the most horrible parts of it for me because by the time they come it's after working out for 35 mins and using resistance bands, they are like rubber.
I'm feeling really energized and have been spotless with my eating. Even passing up sweets in the office, I don't know what's wrong with me, someone has taken over. LOL

Thanks I feel good. I did eat m*m's today but I will put it in on my fitday and work around it, funny they didn't taste as good, of course I still ate them all. HAHA!
I'm anxious to get home and workout how bizarre?
