We have a special section on our Health and Wellness government website, and I've found some really interesting info there:

...have just been looking at those links- and had to pass on the BMR link to you guys. I remember doing a challenge where we calculated our BMR vs AMR's with one of Miranda's equations....and this is a lot easier ;-)
No offence Miranda-- just had to pass on the simpler version ;-)
