Okay, a while ago we had asked a question about what we thought was more important - EXERCISE or EATING RIGHT.

.....I thought you were going to ask the same question I did a couple of weeks ago, lol-- This is a great 2nd parter!!

OK-- having given it some thought I'd choose:

Walk for 20 minutes each day

Because-- I think I would personally benefit from getting more *exercise* into my days. My calories-- though some days high are usually pretty ok. It's the exercise thing for me that causes problems, lol!

Interesting enough in my answer to the other QOTW I said both are equally important- which I still agree with, but if I had to choose one over the other to concentrate on I'd prefer to do the exercise (though the food one would probably be a lot easier to do. Interesting to see that I chose the more challenging one for myself!!)

I would choose the 20 minute cardio. I don't ever count calories. I would be too worried about skimping on nutrition or cutting calories that I need, if I had to cut additional calories out of my daily intake.

I'd be walking. I could find 20 extra minutes.

I'm such a dork... I'm sitting here thinking, "hmmm... how about a 7.5% calorie reduction and a 10 minute walk". Why not 40 minutes of walking 'then' I get a 'treat'.

Geez.

I complicate things. Parameters become 'challenges'. Sigh.

Ok, I'd probably find a way to walk 20 more minutes and add a few extra sets on the weights just to 'show myself' I can do it... plus some.
