Hello Ladies,
About 2 months ago I put a sheet of my goals up on my wall over my treadmill. I wanted to comfortably wear a size 14 pant and have my paperwork together to start my business in September (I've been hired a few times to go into a persons home, find out what they like to eat then go shopping, cook the meals, package them and stock the freezer with fast healthy food. I want to see if I can make a living at it.)
Now it is 2 months later. I haven't budged an inch in my pants size and I haven't even started to figure out what I want to do for the business.
I've made changes, but none of them stick. The exercise is easy for me, I love it and am a naturally very active person. I am also a very good cook. I cook healthy, natural foods, I just eat WAY too much of it. For mother's day I went to a favorite health food store and happily spent today cooking all sorts of wonderful, healthy, whole, natural food.
So...it's about 4 months until I need to own up to my goals. I'm going to need help, encouragement and owernship for this to work. You've all been so great with support, I am glad I have you to count on!
I just got off the treadmill and I am going downstairs to package some single servings of food to help myself not over indulge.
Thanks for your help!

Karen-- it can be frustrating not to *see* the results we want. How do you *feel*, more energy/more flexible? I looked up a couple of articles for you to look at;
Portion Control- http://weightloss.about.com/cs/moretips/a/aa062700a.htm
Good/Bad Food; in Moderation- http://www.findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0675/is_n4_v9/ai_11008029
Hope you find them useful!

Karen I think portion control is a biggy for many of us.
