YOU GO GIRL!!!
Especially since you were suppose to start SI6 with me like April 1st. LOL
Was I? Wasn't that an April Fool's joke? I swear it was

Hey mystery girl!!!
Okay so the slim in 6 didn't happen in April, there's no saying that you can't pick and choose exercises from that and use them when you have time.
As for dinners, I keep reading that if you have a salad with every meal you are more likely to lose weight.
Thanks for all the great info Miranda. I'll probably do the stir fry thing, mostly cuz it's easy. lol. I REALLY hate cooking. LOVE to bake (bad), but LOVe to cook. hehehe. Those were some great suggestions, I'll have to print it out.
BTW, I usually eat spinach salads. Yum. And I was thinking, at this grocery store, you can make your own salad (bar), and it's like $5.00 per lb or something. I can make a HUGE salad for no more than $8 that could last me a LONG time. As long as it doesn't go bad, that's a thought, cuz darn, spinach can be expensive. lol.
Hopefully I won't be too dead tired to work out on Sunday or Monday after the move. I at least took the day off Monday, so I can recoup, sleep in, etc. That'll help.

I'm trying to make an effort as I really just want this weight gone. It's been almost 10 years that i've been saying that. i think it's time. lol

Congrats on your new place. Ya, moving day is kind of a pain, but it usually doesn't take too long to settle in, especially into a small place. I too am an apartment dweller in small places, but hey, it's easier to move with so little stuff! Can you have pets in your new place?
Miranda is right about the cooking something, then putting the rest in containers. It keeps us from eating too much, and the cool thing is, you have two or three more meals ready to go. And I usually have some cans of Slim Fast and yogurt or cottage cheese in the fridge and SmartOnes or Lean Cuisine in the freezer for nights after HKD class or late meetings when I don't have anything cooked or don't want to bother.

ROFL you knwo I've been fantasizing about owning my own home so I get a listing sent to me today that says 55k for 2 bedroom, etc when you look at the property type it says "other" which usually means "mobile" home. So I'm like OH yeah I dont' want that but then it says "Cathedral ceilings" and I'm laughing going are you serious.
So I emailed my friend and said I'd have a housewarming of my new home with the cathedral ceilings just turn right at the pile of old tires, follow the row of windchimes hanging from the trees past the old El Camino on blocks and take a left at the rock with the eagle painted on it and there would be my home. (no offense to anyone in a mobile home I'm of course exaggerating by what you see on tv).
It was pretty funny, needless to say they left off a "picture" of this steal of a property.
unfortunately, i'm a pack rat, but trying to be better. So I have a TON of stuff. Like about 25 boxes so far. lol. If not more. So, I'm going to try to downsize after I move everything, cuz I'll need to really go thru it and see what i need or don't need.
i think the meal thing, is great. So is keeping frozen meals and/or slim fasts around. just in case. i need to make sure thigns are easy at home, otherwise, i'll go to fast food. yuck!
And yes, I can have pets in my new place. I wasn't going to leave my dog at my folks house, couldn't do it. I love him too much. So....say there's a 100 choices. Out of those, in my price range was maybe 40. Out of the 40, I had 4 choices in a 30 mile range that accepted dogs. Scary huh? hence, the 600sqft, but good location and good price.
