My 'whys'...
Why do I make myself go to the gym when I DON'T FEEL LIKE IT?
Because after I'm there for 10 minutes, IT FEELS GOOD.
Why do I lift weights that are heavy when it seems so hard at first?
Because it makes my muscles... and eventually my spirit... FEEL GOOD.
Why do I increase my treadmill pace by .10 mph every other day?
Because knowing that the dr's predicted I COULDN'T... It FEELS GOOD to prove them wrong.
Why do I keep giving away tons of cloths when I could make $$ off of them?
Because IT FEELS GOOD to make others happy during their 'change'.
Why do I read/post on this board?
Because watching/reading others 'get there' FEELS GOOD... on a bunch of levels.
So... personal transformation isn't a totally painful, one-sided torture path... the rewards of the actions eventually outweigh the 'costs'. Success is my goal... feeling good is my 'price'... that's a GREAT COST!
Keep going folks!
Lynn
