Do you set weight loss goals or fitness goals (i.e. 5 pounds, or running a 5K)? --- I am re doing my goals. there will definatly be a goal of pounds to loose as well as become more active.
Do you anticipate reaching your goals within the next 12 months? --- Yes - I better
Do you reevaluate your goals and revise them? Or are you quite stringent with your goals? --- I reevaluate them when i realize they are unrealistic.
Do you set weight loss goals or fitness goals (i.e. 5 pounds, or running a 5K)? My goals usually focus around how I feel about myself. My goal is to be as healthy and comfortable in my skin as possible. If that means running a 5K or losing 5 more pounds then that becomes a mini goal.
Do you anticipate reaching your goals within the next 12 months? I reach my goal almost every day. I keep building the skills it takes, because every day it is harder to be happy in this skin, but I find things to be grateful for and things to improve. (What a namby pamby answer...I really feel this way, but it sounds really touchy feely!)
Do you reevaluate your goals and revise them? Or are you quite stringent with your goals? I reevaluate the goal every day. The things that make me happy about this body change all the time. Sometimes it is the way I look, most times it is the way I feel and usually it is the things I am able to accomplish. Some things don't change, every day I make it a goal to eat healthy and exercise, some days I make it, some days I don't, but it's a goal every day. Somedays I'm disgusted at the way my clothes fit and those days I get more stringent but somedays I'm too busy to really care how my clothes fit and on those days my body isn't much of a goal at all.
Do you set weight loss goals or fitness goals (i.e. 5 pounds, or running a 5K)? At this point, I would like to be able to get into the size I had been for several years. That's only one size smaller really, but one more size smaller would be great. I just need to lose a bit around the belly. As for fitness goals, I would like to develop my upper body strength even more, because it's lacking. I would also like to be able to run an entire 5K. I hope to be ready to test for black belt soon as well.
Do you anticipate reaching your goals within the next 12 months? I'm pretty sure I will, even if we wait for the newest red belt to test, it would be by this time next year or sooner.
Do you reevaluate your goals and revise them? Or are you quite stringent with your goals? I am certain that I need to go back the one size. I'm still considering how realistic it is to lose two sizes, going back to nearly my high school size. The fitness goals are pretty certain, with even more improvement I hope, unless I become injured or something.
Do you set weight loss goals or fitness goals (i.e. 5 pounds, or running a 5K)? My goals right now are more weight orientated. About 2 years ago (when I was firmly on the wagon) I had jogging/running goals, but right now it's really to get back on track; start losing weight consistently again...and go from there!
Do you anticipate reaching your goals within the next 12 months? Like others have said- I better!!
Do you set weight loss goals or fitness goals (i.e. 5 pounds, or running a 5K)?
**Both. I give myself 3 goals, one towards eating and weight loss, one for fitness, and the other to meditate. It helps me regain focus when I'v lost it.**
Do you anticipate reaching your goals within the next 12 months?
**YES!!! I just have to get those blinkers on and keep my eyes focused ahead of me and not the wagon following.... *lol**
Do you reevaluate your goals and revise them? Or are you quite stringent with your goals?
**I re-evaluate all the time. When you hit a fitness plateau, you HAVE to revise.... **
