I'm just putting around this week. Not much to do at work so spending time reading. After I finish perusing the boards I'm going to try to get my "Unstoppable Woman" reading in for the day.

I'm trying to be on the wagon, teetering on the edge I guess. lol Always start the day off good but get worse through out the day. Also, I have too many kids with too many things to do so the evening time is just hard.

I'm around- just not having as much time to spend at the keyboard these days. The end of the year is always a busy one....but this year it just seems there's stuff going on in every angle of my life.

So far I'm hanging on to the wagon. Today is going fairly well so far--

Hope everyone else is doing well~

I'm one to think "things will settle down after..." life's challenges or events or problems come along and then pass, but more stuff always comes. I have an interview in about half an hour, so at this moment, I'm passing some nervous time. Other than that, my week is pretty normal at work, class tonight and nothing Wednesday evening-hopefully. I'm finally getting my hair cut Thursday after work, then we'll be nearing the weekend.

Eating has gone well this week, and I did Pilates and weights last night. I'm sort of pre-planning my meals and workouts for the rest of the week so I stay on the wagon, especially with the eating, this week.

This week I am at work - haven't won the lotto yet.

Are you on or off the wagon? I have my hands on the wagon, feet draging behind.

Are you being run off of your feet? Work is boring - a lot to do but nothing interesting.

Are you taking time for YOU??? - i am going to clean out my kitchen cabinet and see what tea i have so i can start having a cup of herbal at night to relax and use my new tea pot.

Can't wait for the weekend.

Okay, I'm all moved. It was tiring, I have too many boxes to count, and well, at least food is getting served in smaller portions, mostly because I have to cook for myself. I'm going to start working out tonight. :) Boy, do I need it. lol.

So, less food, working, we're going to HOPE equates WEIGHT LOSS!!!

Hey Miranda~
I'm busy trying to plan my summer vacation plans. Boy has airfare gotten insane!

I'm sorta 'on the wagon'...sorta.

I've been visiting my trainer and learning that I really do have muscles in my behind! From the pain in my muscles, its seems there is more back there then just fat...whoda thought X:)

But yesterday I got a flat in a part of town that...well..you don't want to get a flat in. After spending 6 hours getting that taken care of and $100 later...well...I needed something. I needed sugar wafers or crunch and munch. I wasn't sure which and I figured that since I was already $100 in the hole, I bought them both and decided in the car what I wanted. So I ate the whole box of sugar wafers within 20 minutes and at least had the control to put the crunch and munch someplace I may forget about. But I also went swimming last night and took out my aggression on the water.

Patrice's Tip of the Day:
If you are a woman and you don't know how to change a tire-either learn or get AAA.
What a horrible feeling to be a woman in a bad part of town, in 87 degree heat and have a flat tire with no plan to get it fixed.

Hi! Checking in :) We had a great time camping over the weekend and monday. Didn't do alot but kick back and do what I do at home... Cook, clean, keep after the kids :) LOL I haven't done any 'exercise' since I've been home. I have been cleaning, cleaning and cleaning! And I am still no where near done. My house is just a mess to me lately.

That's great news Kerstin!! I'm so happy you, and your family are doing SO well!! We miss seeing you 'round these parts....but motivating another board in their 'time of need' is a good excuse ;-)

Hope to see you back here more soon!
