My first night wasn't bad, dbf was here with me. Second night though felt lonely. Third night, happy, and fourth night ecstatic. LOL. And tonight, being the 5th night, is nice. quiet. peaceful. I like that. :)In fact, I think I'll go lie down and read.

I am still here and still on the wagon. I do Body for Life now and it is working out well for me. On this program you eat 6 small meals a day (yeah !!!!) and alternate weights and cardio . The focus is one one day lift for 45 minutes heavy and the next day do 20 minutes of heavy cardio. That way I don't have to spend hours in the gym and still get results. My weight has changed a little and I can feel a difference in my pants ( and the jiggle is less ). Like the food so this is definetly good for me.
Otherwise things are busy. Lots of kids birthday parties to go to and we have one on the weekend. Morgan is turning 10 and she is having a party at the roller rink and then a sleepover at the house. Yeah me !!! But after that thing will be a bit more calm until school will let out (june 3rd). Then I have to see how I handle the workout times with the kids.
Besides all that I am just desperate for summer. It just won't warm up for good up here. We have a good, warm day and then we get slammed with rain and cold wind. I need sun !!!

I've almsot fallen off the wagon. I stopped working out when my knee began aching all the time, and I stopped watching what I ate. I also went back to 3 squares a day, and have just hit rock bottom. : (

However, I went and got new running shoes. No cross trainers this time. I also spoke with the saleswoman, who is a runner, and she told me to use gel insoles. Not the whole foot ones, but just on my heels to help absorb the shock of running and help my knee. I have to admit, did my first 2 miles today and it helped tremendously. So I am officially BACK on the wagon. Yay!

Even though I wasn't fully watching what I eat and not really exercising, I didn't go all out and gorge,. So I did manage to lose a total of 18 lbs thus far......

As for me, this week has been focused on cleaning, and tring to play catch up around this house.
