Yoga DVD Advice Anyone?

I have a lot going on in my workout schedule, but I checked out a DVD from the library which had a lot of nutrition and other info on it. It also had two yoga segments, or more, I looked at two. One wasn't for me, but I liked the other one. It was short and the poses were very helpful in relieving some aches in my body. This particular DVD was by GAIAM Living Arts. I have a balance ball DVD by them as well; it came with the ball.

I don't really plan on becoming a yoga practitioner, but I was looking for something similar today, a bit of yoga for relaxation and perhaps improved flexibility. I found an AM/PM yoga DVD by Suzanne Deason (produced by GAIAM Living Arts) which looks good, and a stress relief and women's yoga DVD by her as well. I like the stuff I have used by Living Arts, but I haven't seen any of her stuff. I also saw some stuff for beginners by Yoga Zone.

Anyone have any favorites, suggestions?

I absolutely love this one:

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B00007JME6/qid=1116427481/sr=8-1/ref=pd_csp_1/002-0112504-3708032?v=glance&s=dvd&n=507846

It is great for relaxation, stress lease, and flexibility. Very basic and aren't very long. Has three different work outs. Which I like that too, you can do whatever you are in the mood for.

I'm also a GAIAM fan, and I've got a p.m. Yoga tape which I like, and a Back Care Yoga tape which I absolutely love (when I do it!) with Rodney Yee.

I saw that one too. I just looked at it more closely on Amazon-several good reviews posted for it. Thanks

I could probably use a back care yoga program. I'm doing something I have never done and seeing a massage therapist on Friday, or never done for myself anyway. I went to her a few months ago because my SO got that for me as a gift. Thanks for the suggestions. It helps hearing what people have used and have enjoyed.

I think I have 3 different yoga video's. However I only enjoy (and use) one of them

-by Crunch "Yoga by Candlelight"
I used it today, did about 25mins out of the 45 during my lunch break....I needed to unwind, it really helped!!

I've seen the AM/PM ones around, thanks for letting us know how you like them. The next time I see them I might just pick them up!

I saw one title by Crunch, but not that one. I'll have to look for it. "Yoga by Candlelight" sounds very pleasant.

Yes- it is very pleasant to do-- I usually do it later in the evening....and light up some candles too. It's a nice relaxing way to unwind after a busy day, plus doing something good for yourself at the same time ;-)

I love yoga for dummies.
I also have AM/PM yoga and it's good, but not my favorite.
